Well i just want to say that this unit is very relaxing. The recording was slow at first, but the breathing was very peaceful. I had to wait till my daughter was in bed to start or else there would be background noise that i would have a hard time getting past. I loved the sound of the ocean in the background and the ladies voice was soothing.
Alicia, I think it’s very important to practice these exercises in a place that is completely quiet. This is very difficult for me as I have a small dog that loves to bark to everyone that walks by our windows. My best time to practice these exercises is after 10:00 PM when I know she is past out. I did too enjoyed the sound of the waves. I live 5 miles from the beach and I love to go there for the sunrise, there is nothing more relaxing than that.
