The 2 practices that i chose are the "loving kindness" and the "subtle mind" exercise. These have taught me to release all my thoughts and stressors that i have acquired through out the day or week. They help me focus on just one thing rather then trying to sort out all my thoughts at once. It has also shown me that i can not fix all my problems that i have no control over and if i just release them and let go, it will sort itself out later. Also my relaxation at night is so much more at ease now. I can actually fall asleep at a decent hour rather then tossing and turning from all the thoughts of "what do i need to" and what did i not do" clouding my mind. I can honestly say that allot of my migraine episodes have lowered and my patience is higher.

  1. It is really great to hear about your progress through using meditation. It can be hard to realize that we can't fix everything about our problems and sometimes can't change what we may be going through and we have to just work through them. I think it can be just a learning experience and something we work on growing in our life.
