#1 A) Physical Wellbeing-7
     B) Spiritual Wellbeing-7
     C) Psychological well being-7
Why: I feel that i have a pretty good sense of well being in my life. im pretty easy going and try not to let my life be surrounded by stress and anxiety and people who create it.

#2 Goals: My goals would be to incorporate some stress relieving exercise, yoga, meditation and some acupuncture to relieve me of the stress that comes along with everyday anxieties. (school, children, money).

#3 Activities and exercise: I need to make a goal oriented schedule to follow to make sure i will make time to do the things i need to and allow myself some self-care. (mentioned above).

#4 The recording was so relaxing. I almost fell asleep! I really like these, because it helps me to learn to relax and not think about the things that has been racking my brain all day long.

relaxation

These relaxation techniques were great. I was unaware that 80% of a persons blood resided in the GI tract. It was nice to sit and relax and have him walk me through the process. His voice was even relaxing. It would be so nice to try this after a long day.
